−3: Destroy target creature or planeswalker.
−8: Each opponent who doesn't control a legendary creature or planeswalker loses the game.

For each Aura and Equipment you control, you may attach it to a creature you control.

When Cloud enters, search your library for an Equipment card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.
As long as Cloud is equipped, if a triggered ability of Cloud or an Equipment attached to it triggers, that ability triggers an additional time.

Exile all cards from target player's graveyard other than basic land cards. For each card exiled this way, search that player's library for all cards with the same name as that card and exile them. Then that player shuffles.

When this creature enters, target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard gains flashback until end of turn. The flashback cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may cast that card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

+1: Until end of turn, up to one target creature gets +1/+1 and gains first strike, vigilance, and lifelink.
−2: Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and a loyalty counter on each other planeswalker you control.
−7: You get an emblem with "If a source would deal damage to you or a planeswalker you control, prevent all but 1 of that damage."
